We offer all our guests a welcome package consisting of coffee, tea, salt, sugar, oil for stays longer than one night.

You can smoke in common areas.

Parties/events cannot be held.
You cannot make noise from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

One of the things we look for in our establishment is tranquility and rest for our clients. Therefore, it is prohibited to carry out activities that may alter this balance such as: parties, shouting, chat groups at inappropriate times, excessive noise, loud music, invading the neighbor’s space…

Our facilities are for the exclusive use of our clients and non-clients are not allowed to enter the property.

Children 14 years or older are admitted

All apartments can accommodate 1, 2 or three people for the largest ones with a supplement of €30/night for the third person.
No additional person will be admitted who has not been previously confirmed or who exceeds the maximum authorized capacity.

The Wi-Fi service is free, but not included in the price (to be taken into account in the event of any breakdown that we would solve as soon as possible, but for which we do not accept any type of claim).

The establishment has a new high-capacity washing machine and dryer available to our guests at a price of 5 euros per use of each appliance
. (all washing products are included in the price)

Rooms are cleaned upon arrival and departure of guests. For those staying for more than a week, Casa Bambu Resort will clean the rooms weekly with changing sheets and towels.

At check-in you must pay a deposit of €30 (cash or Revolut or Bizum) for dirt:
The apartment should be in the same order as you found, without garbage and, above all, the kitchen cleaned and its utensils clean.
A review of the apartment will be carried out before handing over the keys and if these conditions are not met it will be considered a loss on the part of the client.

An Honesty bar with soft drinks and drinks is available to our guests near the pool area.

Outdoor parking is free for our clients.
We ask our clientele to respect the yellow lines when parking their car to allow everyone a parking space.

Check in from 4PM to 8PM.
If you plan to arrive outside of this time frame, please inform us in advance.
