Cancellation policy
The full amount of the stay is due at the moment of booking.
If cancelled or modified up to fifteen (15) days before your arrival date, will be charged 30% of stay.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the whole stay will be charged.
We advise you to contract cancellation Insurance.
Welcome packs
We provide all our guests with a welcome pack consisting of a bottle of water, coffee, tea and sugar.

Establishment Rules
- Smoking is allowed in common areas.
- No pets allowed.
- Parties/events cannot take place.
- Noise levels must be kept to a minimum between 23.00 and 06.00.
Laundry service
The establishment has a brand new high capacity washing machine at the disposal of our guests at a price of 3 euros per washing. (all the washing products are included in the price)
Cleaning service
Rooms are cleaned upon arrival and departure of guests. For those staying for more than one week, rooms will be cleaned weekly by Casa Bambu Resort with change of sheets and towels.
Honesty bar
An Honesty Bar with soft drinks and refreshments is available to our guests near the pool area.
Parking
Casa Bambu’s Outdoor Parking is free of charge for our Guests

Check in from 4PM to 8PM.
If you plan to arrive outside this time-frame, please let us know in advance.
